The International Scholar Center is located in the Surge Building in room 0372(main Office) for J-1, H-1B scholars.

Office Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We are usually both open at these times and available over the phone or email. However, these hours are subject to change depending on the business needs of our office. Any regular change (even temporary) will be posted on this page. Please contact Carmen Pinheiro carmen.pinheiro@ucr.edu

Appointments:
Appointments with scholar advisors can be made by calling the ISC office at
951-827-6184 or email carmen.pinheiro@ucr.edu Appointments are generally available during our normal office hours, M-F, 8-4 PM.
Drop-In Hours
Scholars - Drop-Ins are not available to Visiting Scholars because of the complexity of scholar issues. However, if you would like drop-ins for a brief visit you are welcome to do so. Please remember that a "quick" question can involve a long answer, so you may be asked to make an appointment.
